The Losmandy adapter plate was designed for mounting a Losmandy GM-8 or G-11 saddle plate to a Vixen Polaris mount. This Adapter Plate and G-11 Saddle Plate are required for attaching any D-series plate to the Polaris Mount.
Like all accessories in the Losmandy line, this adapter plate is machined for lightness and rigidity from aluminum stock, then black anodized for a tough, corrosion free surface. It weighs in at 12 oz. and the size of the plate is .5" x 2.0" x 6.75".
